Vegan – Veganism – Plant Based Eating & Health

First, I am not a health professional. What I share here and in my videos are my own experiences and opinions. One, should always first seek professional medical advice about their health before embarking on any exercise program or changing their diet.

My path towards veganism is mentioned in detail through the video: The Reasons I Became Vegan but I will say here that I do eat more than just fruits and vegetables. Lot of peas, beans and other things that you may not have thought as ‘vegan’ are in fact things that you already eat everyday.
